Free, and we take nothing. Tell us what you have and what you lack.

The missing half

Nobody is missing everything. They are missing one person.

You have the idea

Someone who can build it

You can build

Someone to sell it

You have a product

The rest of the team

The gaps get less technical as you grow. Whatever half you are missing, somebody here probably has it.

Engineers are the start of it, not the whole of it.

How a stranger becomes a teammate.

01

Say what you have

Skills, time, what you bring, and the half you are missing. Only a summary is public until you choose to share more.

02

We introduce you

Matching weighs craft, availability and the kind of collaboration each side wants. Then a warm introduction. Either side can say no.

03

Run a first sprint

One shared goal, real work, and contributions logged as they happen. This is how you find out how somebody actually works.

04

Decide together

Continue as co-founders, continue as paid work, or part cleanly. All three are fine outcomes and none of them owe us anything.

What we will not do

The rules are mostly about what we refuse to take.

We do not take equity.

Not a point, not a fraction, not after a round. Nothing you build comes back to us.

We do not own your idea.

You share a summary to get introduced. The rest stays yours and stays private until you decide otherwise.

We do not set your terms.

Splits, vesting and roles are yours to agree. We can hand you a template and then we stay out of it.

We do not assign people.

You see the introduction before you commit to anything, and you can walk away with no explanation.

Intake

Start where you are.

A person reads every one of these. If there is a fit, you get a warm introduction. If there is not, you get a straight answer.

You build it. You own it.

We find the people and prove the fit. Everything after that belongs to the people who did the work.
